No children are allowed in the kitchen at any time for safety reasons.
Only official Volunteers or approved Hirers may enter or use the kitchen.
Hands must be washed before handling food or equipment, using the handwashing sink.
All surfaces should be wiped down before and after use.
Please use the cleaning materials provided and leave the kitchen as you found it.
All rubbish must be bagged and placed in the designated bins.
Report any damaged or faulty equipment immediately to the Centre Manager or Duty Volunteer.
Do not remove any kitchen equipment from the premises.
Perishable food must not be left unattended or stored in the fridge without clear labelling.
All food brought in by Hirers is their responsibility and must comply with food safety standards.
Expired or unlabelled items may be disposed of without notice.
Please be considerate of other users and keep noise to a minimum.
Ensure the kitchen is left clean, tidy, and ready for the next group.
Switch off all appliances and lights before leaving.
